I spent 13 years caught between two emotionally abusive relationships. One slowly chipped away at my self-worth. The other was a whirlwind of cheating, lies, and dizzying highs that kept me going back for more. I believed I could fix them. I believed the pain meant passion. I believed that if I was just enough, we'd finally get our happy ending.

I was wrong.

These two books are my story, shaped across my 30s and into my 40s. I came out the other side a stronger, wiser woman, and I wouldn't change a thing. But if sharing what I lived through means you walk away a little sooner than I did, then every word was worth writing.

Maybe you'll recognise yourself in these pages. I hope you do. Because that's exactly where your different ending begins.

You're The Best Thing - My Journey Through Abuse

(Paperback - £9.99)

For nine years, I lived in a relationship that looked fine from the outside — but behind closed doors was a slow unraveling of my confidence and identity through manipulation, gaslighting, and control. Told through diary entries and the memories that shaped me, this book is raw, unexpectedly funny in places, and ultimately hopeful: a story about reclaiming your voice. It wasn't the end, either — the epilogue carries you straight into what came next.

When Love Is a Lie - Lessons From Loving a Liar

(Paperback  - £7.99)

A brutally honest journey through my second abusive relationship — one that felt intense and exhilarating at first, only to reveal a cycle of gaslighting, cheating, and emotional withdrawal. Told through essays and reflections, each chapter ends with guided questions for healing. This isn't a book about getting your ex back — it's about getting yourself back. If you've ever loved someone who slowly broke you down, this one's for you.

THE LIVING AGAIN TOOLKIT - FREE DOWNLOAD

ABUSE CHANGES YOU. It has a way of hijacking your independence. You forget what it feels like to make YOUR OWN choices. For a long time, I had no sense of identity. I didn’t know what I liked, what I wanted, or who I even was. I drifted.  Adapting to whatever was decided for me. I sacrificed so much of who I was. I was in survival mode without even realising it. Always pleasing. Always afraid of actually choosing ME before HIM. Re-setting those buttons in my head took time. Lots of practice. Exercises in boundaries, confidence, assertiveness. Accepting responsibility for my choices. Letting go of the past. And slowly learning that while I can’t change what happened to me, I am in charge of my present; and that means I can change MY FUTURE. This Toolkit is built out of that journey. There is no order how to use these modules, start wherever you feel like.

Unlocking your Dreams -  A Vision Guide

I started dreaming as a teenager, growing up under communism, aching for something better; even when I couldn't picture what better looked like. That hunger never left me, and over the years I turned it into a practice.

This guide is the result of that journey. Stories that inspired me, lists and prompts I still use myself, and colouring pages to help you slow down and imagine.

Recovering From Relationship Mindfuck - Kind of a guide to help you get your life (and your mind) back

I created Recovering From Relationship Mindfuck to share the tools that helped me heal after years of emotional abuse. Think of it as the guide I wish someone had handed me.

Inside, you’ll find prompts and exercises to help you untangle trauma bonds, rebuild your self-worth, and set boundaries that protect your peace.

Why Don't You Just Leave? The Diary  (30 pages | Free PDF)

The million dollar question, right? For years I doubted myself, felt trapped, and couldn't see a way out. What eventually helped me wasn't a therapist or a hotline; it was writing things down. The feelings. The events. The little details I kept dismissing. Seeing it on paper changed everything.

This journal is built around the same process. Prompts and questions, document what's really happening, and slowly reconnect with what you actually need. It won't happen overnight. But it's a start.
